What is my hiring process?

Peliban welcomes anyone with a passion for teaching to join us! Here are the minimum requirements:
Take an equipment test
Attend a 30-minute interview  (including a 10-minute demo-lesson)
Have a self-based training
Sign the contract and become a part of our team!

    What is my hiring process?
    Step 1: Apply with all required materials
    Step 2: Take the equipment test
    Step 3: Attend a 10-20-minute interview and a 30-minute demo session on our platform 
    Step 4: Study the training materials to get ready to start teaching
    Step 5: Sign the contract and become a part of our team!
    Is there a commitment?
    There’s no minimum hour requirement. Feel free to take a break, or teach as much (or as little) as you’d like!

    What is the technical requirement?
    • Minimum upload speed: 8Mbps. Minimum download speed: 10Mbps. Test your speed here: http://www.speedtest.net/ *Cable connection is recommended.
    Do I need to do any lesson plans?
    • Not necessarily, but you will need to prepare for each lesson by familiarizing yourself with the materials. Preview the lessons and possibly have appropriate props available to aid in teaching..
    How do I get paid?
    • We offer a competitive salary based on your credentials and interview performance. 
    • Teachers are paid via bank account by the end of every month. The payment would be for the classes taken in the previous month.
    How long is one lesson?
    • Private lessons are 25 mins/50 mins
    What is the cancelation policy?

    All teachers can cancel classes above 24h , If teacher want to cancel under 24h it will be late cancelation and teacher get 1lesson fee deduction.On the other hand, If teacher missed the class, teacher get 2 lesson fee deduction.
