What you’ll learn:

In this training package, we are going to take you on a tour of teaching at iTutorGroup. Our training content will offer great guidance on how to master the teaching platform, you’ll also be introduced to key company policies as well as pick up some essential teaching tips for becoming a fantastic online English consultant.

Kind Reminder:
1. The onboarding training package is designed in consecutive order, we encourage you to follow the instructions step by step to achieve the best outcome of the training.
2. To pass the onboarding training, you will need to go through all the training components included in this package and answer all questions correctly.
(Note: You may pause the training if needed. The previous completed training modules will be saved to your progress.)

Session Preparation
To prepare you for your first session this video will explain all you need to know about your internet connection, headset, and our dress code. If you don’t possess a red polo shirt mentioned in the training video, please simply wear formal clothes without obvious logos (polo shirts of other colors, shirts, suits, etc.) and continue with the Onboarding. ***A kind reminder: T-shirts or pajamas are not allowed.

How to make a great profile?
Why is your profile important at iTutorGroup? Not only does it confirm your identity, your bank details, etc, but students will also get to know about you via your profile. Watch the video, decorate your profile now, let's impress the students, and boost ratings!

What types of sessions will I be teaching?
